    Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 5-15 business days. Free shipping for orders over $65, and a fixed rate of $6 for less than this amount.

    Free Shipping: For eligible orders (orders over $65), we will provide free standard shipping services.

    5. Logistics Tracking

    After the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

    Please check the package transportation status in real time through the link in the email.

    If there is no update for a long time or an abnormality occurs, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

    6. Tariffs and Import Taxes

    International orders may involve tariffs or import taxes levied by the customs of the destination country, and the relevant costs shall be borne by the buyer.

    We recommend that you understand the local customs policy before placing an order.

    If the package is returned or detained due to unpaid tariffs, the relevant costs and risks shall be borne by the buyer.

    If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or no one to sign for it, you will be responsible for the secondary delivery fee.

    When signing for the package, please check the appearance of the package in person. If you find any damage, please take a photo immediately and refuse to accept it for subsequent claims.
