Returns and Exchanges
1. Return Eligibility
You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
The returned product must be new, unused and fully packaged, including all accessories, instructions, warranty cards and gifts.
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products will not be accepted for return once they have been opened or used:
Headphones (including wireless/wired)
Software and digital download products (such as game activation codes)
2. Exchange Policy
If the received product has quality problems, transportation damage or wrong goods, we will replace it with the same product for free.
The exchange application must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product and accompanied by photo proof.
The exchange product inventory is limited. If there is no stock available for exchange, we will provide a refund.
3. Return Process
Submit an application
Please contact us through the customer service email contact@elasoap.com and provide the order number, reason for return and product photos.
Confirmation and Authorization
We will review and reply the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address within 1-2 working days.
Returning the Goods
Please safely package and return the goods within 7 days after receiving the RMA number. It is recommended to use a trackable courier service to avoid logistics loss.
Inspection and Refund
We will conduct a quality inspection after receiving the goods, and will process a refund within 5-10 working days after confirming that the return conditions are met. The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method.
4. Shipping Instructions
For returns/exchanges due to quality problems or wrong goods, the shipping costs will be borne by us.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong model, etc.), the shipping costs and related costs incurred by the return will be borne by the buyer.
The second shipping costs (exchanges) are borne by the buyer unless otherwise specified.
5. Special Notes
Please do not directly return goods that have not been authorized for return to avoid processing delays.
If the returned product has signs of use, missing accessories or damaged packaging, the refund amount may be affected or the return may be refused.
Game products such as activation codes, digital content, and unpacked software cannot be returned once activated.
Please ensure that all private data (such as Bluetooth binding, personalized settings) has been cleared before returning.
If the product does not meet the return conditions, return the original and no refund will be given.
6. Warranty Service
Some products have a limited warranty. Please refer to the product description or warranty card for the specific warranty period and terms.
The warranty generally does not include man-made damage, misuse, unauthorized disassembly, etc.
