    Thank you for purchasing Elasoap's digital products. We are committed to providing every user with a reliable and durable product experience and providing you with comprehensive after-sales warranty services.


    Warranty Period


    Most digital products have a 12-month limited warranty from the date you receive the product. This includes the game controllers, wired and wireless headphones, mice, keyboards and other digital peripherals we sell. Some accessories (such as mobile phone charging stations, radiators, etc.) provide a 6-month warranty. If special products provide extended warranty or lifetime warranty, it will be indicated on the product page or description.


    Warranty coverage


    During the warranty period, if the product is damaged by non-human factors under normal use, we will provide you with free repair, replacement of parts or whole machine replacement service:


    Power supply problem, unable to start or charge


    Functional failure, such as abnormal connection, key failure, audio failure, etc.


    Material or manufacturing defects during normal use


    Structural damage, such as looseness, jamming, inability to fix, etc.


    Situations where warranty is not applicable


    The following situations are not covered by the warranty:


    Damage caused by human or accidental damage such as falling, collision, liquid ingress, high temperature exposure, etc.


    Failure caused by unauthorized acts such as unauthorized disassembly, modification, flashing, welding, etc.


    Problems caused by the use of non-original accessories and non-compatible charging devices


    Normal use signs such as appearance wear, scratches, key paint peeling, natural aging, etc.


    Products with missing purchase receipts and unable to verify order information


    Once digital products are activated (such as game activation codes, etc.), they do not support any warranty service


    Warranty process


    If there is a problem with the product during the warranty period, you can apply for after-sales service in the following ways:


    Contact our customer service team (contact@elasoap.com ), explain the problem and provide the order number and photos/videos as evidence.


    We will evaluate whether the problem meets the warranty conditions within 1-2 working days.


    If you need to return the product for inspection, we will provide you with a detailed return address and process instructions.


    After the product is confirmed to have a problem, we will provide you with repairs, replacements or other appropriate solutions.


    Shipping cost description


    If the fault meets the warranty scope, we will bear the shipping costs incurred by the repair or replacement; if it does not meet the warranty (such as man-made damage), the repair costs and shipping costs will be borne by you.


    User Notice


    Please keep your order information or purchase invoice properly as a basis for after-sales service. If it involves data devices (such as headphones, keyboards, game consoles with storage functions, etc.), please back up or clear your personal data before returning. We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by product failure (such as loss of game data, software abnormalities, etc.).


    Legal Rights Statement


    This warranty policy does not limit the mandatory consumer rights you enjoy under local laws. If your country or region stipulates a longer warranty period or mandatory after-sales terms, we will strictly abide by and protect your legal rights.
